Commission TOS

By commissioning me, this means you agree to the following rules below:I. Terms of Services

1. Every commission I do is digital. There is no physical drawing to be attained from my commissions.2. I work with United States Dollars as my form of currency.3. I accept payment with half of the payment upfront, and the other half of the payment upon completion of commission (50/50 system). I don't do payment plans.4. Please show me references and communicate properly to make the commission as close to what you have in mind. Insufficient information will be declined.5. I have the right to decline your commission, whether it may be from unproper behavior, commissions that I cannot draw, or anything else that I will not tolerate.6. You are using my commissions for personal use only (with credits). You will not profit out of my commissions in NFTs, Cryptos, Merchandise, Conventions, etc.7. If you so happen to place a deadline, please do not suddenly change it upon agreement of mentioned deadline.8. You can change your mind on the sketch phase of a commission, however, a change (such as pose and outfit) during lineart (for half-body and full-body) will cost an extra 10-20 dollars, and no major compositional changes will be allowed during coloring stages.9. Refunds are allowed, but money returned depends on the progress of the commission. (100% if I did not start, 80% on sketch, 60% on lineart, 50% on lineart and colors, and 30% for painting.)10. Feel free to ask for WIPs, but do not ask very frequently (as if you are spamming). I will also send you WIPs for your approval.11. My estimated turnover time would be 3 Days to 2 Weeks. If there are any interferences, I will notify you.12. You will receive versions of your artwork in Google Drive folder (trademarked, original, and compressed).13.
