Commission TOS
By commissioning me, this means you agree to the following rules below:I. General Rules
Every commission I do is digital. There is no physical drawing to be attained from my commissions.Please show me references and communicate properly to make the commission as close to what you have in mind.I have the right to decline your commission, whether it may be from unproper behavior, commissions that I cannot draw, or anything else that I will not tolerate.You are using my commissions for PERSONAL USE only. You will not profit out of my commissions without my consent, as it is ILLEGAL to do so. (And I do not provide commissions for Commercial use either.)If you so happen to place a deadline, please do not suddenly change it upon agreement of mentioned deadline. (Preferrably though, it would be appreciated if there was no deadline.)You can change your mind on the sketch phase of a commission, however, a change during lineart will cost an extra 10-20 dollars, and no change will be allowed during coloring stages.II. III. Payments and PricesI accept payment with half of the payment upfront, and the other half of the payment upon completion of commission.I take Paypal (through Email Payment), and Ko-Fi (through donation).

IV. Other Stuff.I will often send W.I.P's to ask confirmation from you and to show you the state of the drawing within that time frame. I will also communicate you from time to time to confirm certain ideas to avoid any misunderstandings that transfer onto the commission.Please be patient with me, as I try my best to make your commission as good as I can possibly make it be. This may take to a few days to even weeks.If you ever so happen to cancel your commission, the percentage of your refund will depend on how far the commission has progressed.Sketch - 80% Refund

Lineart with Color - 30% Refund
Painting - No Refund(This ONLY applies to Paypal, if sent through Steam Funds, there is no refund.)
